The St Street Burlesque Bustle is a black layered netting bustle used to add fullness to your skirt.
The skirt has three layers of gathered black tulle. The top of the skirt is solid black with a black satin bow attached to the back. You can wear this bustle with a shorter skirt and use the bustle back skirt to create a train. For those of you looking for a more risque image. you can wear the bustle as a skirt with our French club shorts underneath. One size fits all. Elastic waistband.
